Songs for Children

 

Originally based in the Bay Area, Songs for Children is a volunteer network of young musicians and artists that fundraises money for children in need. Through various muscial productions, we have donated over $10,000 to The Egypt Cancer Network. Our past performances have included the music recital Hope Sings, a full production of Menotti’s The Old Maid and the Thief, Someone Saved My Life Tonight: A tribute to Elton John, and Say Goodbye to Hollywood: A Concert for the Classics.

 

Songs for Children is an unprofessional professional company—we are, in all meanings of the word, a motley crew. Our performers are all college students and work with us because they love performing and the causes we help. Every performance is a team effort, and therefore every performance is an incredible experience.
